Mission accomplished: goal weight(!)

Two weeks ago I made it to my goal weight. I didn’t get a chance to post a little more about it because I’ve been busy. Interestingly enough, people have come out of the woodworks to ask me how I did it. Not how I lost all my weight but how I got rid of the last 5.

I have a non-traditional approach to weight loss: the more far out the better. Here’s my process:
